Spread over 9 hectares, Bak Tulum features two hundred residential lots ranging in size from

The configuration of the project was made to maximize the sense of community, while preserving the front and rear views of the local jungle.
Each footprint of the residences provides for 5 meters of conservation area on the front setback and another 3 meters on the rear setback.
All of the project's roads have a 5-meter wide tree-lined section.
