BLUE HOUSE" housing development is located at Supermanzana-000, Manzana-009, Lote01 in Puerto Aventura, Quintana Roo. The irregular terrain borders to the north and west with the Boulevard Puerto Aventuras, to the northeast with lot 01 of block 010, to the south and southeast with the seashore having a surface
total of 7,961.90 m2. Blue House is a complex of three buildings: a central body and two lateral bodies. The first one has a lobby on the ground floor and Kids Club on the 1st level. FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
Based on insulated footings, bonded beams, concrete block load-bearing walls and reinforced concrete reticular slabs.
For the finishes, an arabescato marble floor is proposed in the main lobby. The apartments will have porcelain floor type bleached wood, walls with paste and painted in white and the ceilings with COP paste. Terrace floors with natural American oak type porcelain. The facade walls are proposed in white. The carpentry is designed in natural American oak with matt lacquer and satin chrome fittings. The gates will be made of white aluminium, Spanish line and clear glass, while the railings will be made of clear tempered glass and white aluminium. The kitchens will be Italian (doimo, berloni or similar) with white quartz cover or similar, with Back splash and bathroom lambrines with white tile. The faucets are designed for premium quality (hansgrohe) and low consumption LED lighting. Invert-type hidden air conditioners (energy savers).
